This beer is quite a handful & a bit out of hand. On top of the heavy hand of hops, Acacia Honey, WI Cranberry Honey and Raspberry Honey were added at both the brewing side and fermentation side. This beer is absolutely loaded with hops and honey. It also features Briess' American honey malt, adding a nice orange hue, backed by a heavy layering of wheat and oats.
